タバコ減らす プライバシーポリシー
Jcovia Labs（以下「当方」）は、Androidアプリ「タバコ減らす」（英語名：Smoke Less、以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報
本アプリでは、利用者が入力した以下の情報を取り扱います。
- 喫煙本数の記録
- 記録日時および記録日
- たばこの価格、本数、1日の平均喫煙本数などの設定
- 1日の区切り時刻
- 記録リマインダー設定
- アプリの表示設定
- 購入済み機能に関する状態
これらの主要な記録および設定は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。
2. アカウント登録について
本アプリを利用するために、Jcovia Labsのアカウントを作成する必要はありません。
本アプリは、利用者の氏名、住所、電話番号等の個人情報の入力を必須としていません。
3. 広告について
無料利用時、本アプリでは広告配信のためにGoogle AdMobを使用する場合があります。
Google AdMobは、広告の配信、測定、不正利用防止等の目的で、端末情報、広告識別子、IPアドレスその他の情報を取得または処理する場合があります。
これらの情報の取扱いについては、Googleのプライバシーポリシーおよび関連する規約をご確認ください。
広告非表示機能またはSupporter機能を購入した場合、本アプリ内の広告は表示されません。
4. アプリ内課金について
本アプリでは、以下の買い切り型アプリ内課金を提供しています。
- 広告を削除
- Supporter
購入処理はGoogle Play Billingを通じて行われます。
当方が利用者のクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得または保存することはありません。
本アプリでは、購入済み機能を提供するために、Google Playから取得した購入状態を利用します。
5. 通知について
本アプリでは、利用者が設定した場合、喫煙本数の記録を促すローカル通知を利用します。
通知設定や記録状況は、通知を表示するために利用されます。
6. ホーム画面Widgetについて
本アプリでは、Androidのホーム画面Widgetから喫煙本数を記録できます。
Widgetに表示される当日の本数や関連設定は、本アプリの機能を提供するために端末内で利用されます。
7. 第三者サービス
本アプリでは、以下のGoogleサービスを利用しています。
- Google AdMob
- Google Play Billing
これらのサービスにおける情報の取扱いについては、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
8. 情報の外部送信について
本アプリの主要な喫煙記録および設定は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。
ただし、Google AdMobやGoogle Play Billingなどの第三者サービスを利用する際には、それぞれのサービス提供に必要な情報がGoogleへ送信される場合があります。
9. データの削除について
本アプリに保存された記録や設定は、アプリ内の操作またはアプリのデータ削除・アンインストール等により削除できる場合があります。
第三者サービスが保持する情報については、それぞれのサービス提供者の規定が適用されます。
10. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは、喫煙者または喫煙本数を管理したい利用者を対象としています。
未成年者による喫煙を推奨または促進するものではありません。
11. 医療サービスではないことについて
本アプリは、喫煙本数の記録や節煙状況の確認を支援するための記録ツールです。
医療上の診断、治療、禁煙治療その他の医療サービスを提供するものではありません。
12. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、本アプリの機能変更、法令またはサービス内容の変更等に応じて改定することがあります。
重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新その他適切な方法でお知らせします。

Smoke Less Privacy Policy
Jcovia Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the Android application “Smoke Less” (Japanese name: タバコ減らす, referred to below as the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Information handled by the App
The App handles information that you enter or generate while using its features, including:
- cigarette count records
- dates and times associated with records
- cigarette price, cigarettes per pack, and usual daily cigarette count settings
- daily cutoff time
- log reminder settings
- app display settings
- status of purchased features
Your primary cigarette records and settings are generally stored locally on your device.
2. No account required
You do not need to create a Jcovia Labs account to use the App.
The App does not require you to provide personal information such as your name, home address, or phone number.
3. Advertising
When using the free version of the App, Google AdMob may be used to display advertisements.
Google AdMob may collect or process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and other information for purposes including ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Advertisements are not displayed in the App when the Remove Ads or Supporter feature has been purchased.
4. In-app purchases
The App offers one-time in-app purchases, including:
- Remove Ads
- Supporter
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
We do not directly collect or store your credit card number or other payment card details.
The App uses purchase status provided through Google Play to enable purchased features.
5. Notifications
If enabled by you, the App may use local notifications to remind you to log your cigarette count.
Your notification settings and logging status are used to provide this reminder feature.
6. Home screen widget
The App provides an Android home screen widget that allows you to log cigarettes from your Home screen.
Your current tracking-day count and related settings are used locally on your device to provide the widget functionality.
7. Third-party services
The App uses the following Google services:
- Google AdMob
- Google Play Billing
Information handled by these services is subject to the privacy policies and terms of the respective service providers.
8. Information transmitted to third parties
Your primary cigarette records and settings are generally stored locally on your device.
However, when third-party services such as Google AdMob or Google Play Billing are used, information required to provide those services may be transmitted to Google.
9. Deleting your data
Records and settings stored by the App may be removed through available in-app actions, by clearing the App’s data, or by uninstalling the App, depending on the type of data.
Information retained by third-party service providers is subject to their respective policies.
10. Children
The App is intended for people who smoke or who want to manage their cigarette consumption.
The App does not encourage or promote smoking by minors.
11. Not a medical service
The App is a tracking tool designed to help users record cigarette consumption and view their progress.
It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, smoking cessation therapy, or other medical services.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, applicable laws, or third-party services change.
If significant changes are made, we will provide notice by updating this page or by another appropriate method.
